  • What is the return policy?
    • Form to be filled out and accompanied by photos of the damaged product; our staff will review the claim and respond promptly.
  • What are the shipping options?
    • Your product will be shipped directly to your desired address via UPS.
  • When will I receive my order?
    • Products will typically ship from Lanta Creative to your address within 10-12 business days of the order being placed. Transit time is in addition to the 10-12 business days.
  • Where are you located?
    • Cincinnati, OH
  • Can I make changes to an order I have already placed?
    • Once an order has been processed and is in the hands of our art team you are unable to change the order.
  • How do I get a new password?
    • You simply click on the “Reset Password” option at the login page and follow the prompts.
  • Am I able to clean the surface of my print?
    • You should not use any type of cleaning product on these prints. if you need to clean any portion of them we recommend using a very soft towel that has been dampened with water only.
  • How do I place a custom order for a size that is not listed?
    • Under the “Contact Us” tab you will fill out the necessary information and we will reach out to you to discuss your specific need and provide you with pricing.
  • Will I be able to see a cropped image while ordering so I can see the print preview before the product is produced?
    • Yes, our site will crop the image and you will see where the crop lines will be on your printed product.
  • How long have you been in the printing business?
    • Since 1991
  • Do I need a frame for these prints?
    • No, these prints are designed with a sleek modern look and a frame is not required or recommended.
